We've updated SFTP Publishing to add support for the latest private key types and ciphers.

Valid Response Codes let you specify which non-404 response codes you want to treat as "valid" when performing external link checks.

Organizations often link to sites that require authentication on purpose (intranet, banner, and various other sites that force a login) or respond to link checkers and crawlers with non-standard response codes but that are still valid.

This feature helps cut down on the noise on external link checking.

Users can inadvertently change the extension of files such as images and PDFs which can cause them to stop working correctly.

You can now specify specific domains and subdomains that should be considered "allowed" when performing external link checks. This is useful for sites that you're less concerned about or services like LinkedIn that intentionally block external link checks and crawlers.

Unlike Ignored Links, these span all Sites and can allow all links under a particular domain or subdomain.

Allowed URLs let you narrow your focus to the links you're most concerned about.

In Cascade CMS 8.23, we introduced stronger password policies for user using normal (or native) authentication.

As of Cascade CMS 8.23, Content Owners are now included in the exports of the Stale Content and Content for Review reports.

You can now limit the results of a query to specific folders or particular paths using byFolderPath method and the hasAnyPaths method on the query object.

These can be used to better target the location of the queries improving performance and allowing queries to gather results from disparate locations without exceeding query result limits.

This feature is generally available to all Cascade CMS Cloud customers and will be made available to Cascade CMS on-premise customers in an upcoming release.

You can now query for specific structure definition field values in content using the hasStructuredDataByFieldIdmethod and the hasAnyStructuredDataValues method on the Query API.

Users who are restricted by workflow can now upload files within choosers without needing to have the ability to bypass workflow enabled.

Note: these users can not upload into folders that require workflow, unless they have the ability to bypass workflow.

You can now upload and preview WebP images throughout Cascade CMS.

WebP is an image format built for the web with a focus on high quality at a low file size.

Do you need to run reports on workflows waiting on action or workflows that were completed historically?

The new Workflows Report is available in Cascade Cloud and allows Site Managers to see all in-progress and overdue workflows to understand how they are progressing and where they can help get things moving again. It also supports reporting on historically completed workflows so you can understand how many have been processed over a particular period of time.

Now, you can edit different assets simultaneously in different tabs.

Do you and your users paste content frequently from Word documents and run into issues with extra tags and formatting?

We've made improvements to strip out certain markup that makes pasting from Word cumbersome.

You can now schedule individual pieces of content to publish at a particular time directly at the asset level. This is great for content like announcements or other timely content changes for which there is already an existing version on the site.

Publish later is currently available for all Cascade Cloud customers and will be released to on-prem customers in an upcoming release.

Need to pass form data to an external system for additional processing? Clive Enterprise customers can now use Webhooks to send Form data to a third-party URL.

You can now see the status of emails delivered by Clive as notifications about form submissions and as autoresponders to the visitor that filled out the form.

Form submission notifications now include unique links to access any files uploaded in the Form without needing to login to Clive

. This is more secure than attaching the files directly to the email and still provides non-Clive users who receive notification emails access to them.

Empty folders are now removed from remote servers on un-publishing the last item in the folder.

If a Page is configured to publish a Publish Set via its Content Type relations, the Publish Set will now be published automatically when the Page reaches its Start Date.
